What You’ll Do
1. Sales Training & Development
- Dive into a structured, proven training program covering our products, customer support processes and go-to-market strategy
- Shadow and support the VP of Sales over 12 months, gaining first-hand insight into account management and customer engagement
- Learn everything about our packaging solutions — from technical specs to real-world applications
- Build the foundation to step into an outside sales role with your own territory, clients and commission structure
2. Customer Engagement & Relationship Building
- Help identify and connect with potential customers in manufacturing and other fast-paced industries
- Learn how to understand client challenges and propose smart, tailored packaging solutions
- Support senior sales team members in building long-term relationships and delivering excellent service
3. Market Research & Lead Generation
- Conduct research on trends, competitors and key industries
- Help generate leads through outreach, networking and follow-ups
- Use CRM software to maintain customer records and track pipeline progress
4. Sales Support & Administration
- Assist in preparing quotes, presentations and product proposals
- Coordinate meetings, manage schedules and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Represent 3D at trade shows, events and demos
5. Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Track sales activity, customer feedback and market intelligence
- Learn how to produce sales reports and present key findings
- Contribute insights to team meetings and performance reviews
What We’re Looking For
- Education: High school diploma required. A degree in Business, Marketing or related field is a plus
- Experience: Experience in manufacturing or other fast-paced environments is ideal
- Interest: A genuine interest in Sales and Commercial roles is essential
- People Skills: Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and can present to groups internally and externally
- Drive: Highly motivated, quick-learning and disciplined self-starter
- Tech: Comfortable with Microsoft Office and open to learning CRM software
- Other: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for future territory management
