Aluminum Barrier Foil Liners for Cartons
Cartons and corrugated boxes offer many benefits to manufacturers and consumers but, climatic protection is not one of the benefits. Carton liners are an industrial-strength barrier made from aluminum barrier foil. They are designed to fit the inner dimensions of the corrugated box or carton, offering complete climatic protection to any atmospherically sensitive product.
3D Barrier Bags can manufacture a 3D Carton liner specific to the inside dimensions of your existing carton/box. We can manufacture these liners in an open-topped style, flapped lid and dependent on size with a filling spout. There are no minimum order requirements or maximum capacity.
An aluminum foil liner maintains residual moisture and oxygen levels within tolerance. Liners also protect against temperature extremes, transfer of odors and shelter the product from U.V. Light. Our custom carton liners are manufactured to fit any sized Carton and are available in our Military Specification (QPD Listed, Class 1 MIL-PRF-131L – formerly Mil-PRF-131K) barrier laminates.
Barrier Foil Carton liners also offer thermal properties so can not only be used as atmospheric packaging but as thermal packaging.
