Aluminum barrier foils have the lowest transmission rates of any known flexible material, maintaining the residual moisture and oxygen levels within tolerance. To avert the chemicals reacting with gases in the air during filling, barrier foil can withstand gas flushing, which forms a temporary dry atmosphere.
