    What are Aluminum Barrier Foil Rolls & Tubing?

    Aluminum barrier foil rolls help you maintain residual moisture and oxygen levels within tolerance, as well as preventing the transfer of odor in or out and protects your product against temperature extremes. The foil packaging is then sealed using our handheld heat sealer for full climatic protection. 

    We also have the capability of converting our barrier foil laminate rolls into lay flat or gusseted tubing. This means that you can cut your desired length off of the roll, allowing you to create 3D or flat bags by the roll. Giving you more flexibility and less waste in your packaging.

    Lay Flat Tubing On A Roll

    This flexible, continuous roll of aluminum barrier foil is open at one end and rolled up at the other, allowing you to cut bags to the exact size you need each time. This results in less waste and a more efficient packaging process, offering you custom rolls to meet your requirements and size specifications.

    Gusseted Tubing On A Roll

    With pleats on each side, this tubing allows you to accommodate large or bulky items. Due to this design, you can package different sized items of the same within the same roll of material. You can cut different lengths from the rolls to make 3D bags of different heights or gusseted sacks of different lengths, offering you custom rolls to meet your requirements and size specifications.

    Form, Fill, Seal (FFS) formats are extremely useful in the agriculture, food, and chemicals industry. Our wide range of different materials on rolls can be used in conjunction with your FFS machines for better quality packaging.

    Aluminum Barrier Sheet Rolls

    Single sheet rolls can be used to cut sheets of material at the desired length and width. In stock rolls available in 36”, 48”, 50″ and 59” widths.
