Gaylord liners
Gaylord liners made from high barrier foil are becoming more popular in the packaging industry due to the increased need to protect moisture-sensitive granules and formulations. Because these liners are made from aluminum barrier foil, they offer the lowest moisture and oxygen transmission rates of any known flexible material. Approximately 100 times lower than the heaviest gauge polyethylene liner. If you are packaging hygroscopic or atmospherically sensitive products, they will be protected no matter what they are up against during transit or storage.
These box liners have a flat bottom that gives the liner extra strength and the ability to fit perfectly inside your Gaylord box. Depending on your needs, they can also be manufactured with a completely open top or a fill spout to attach directly to the product discharge.
Drum Liners
We offer round-bottom drum liners that provide the best fit for your drums. Due to the fit, these liners will eliminate creases and wrinkles, meaning that you can fit more product in each drum. Foil drum liners allow steel drums to be downgraded to fiber and maintain package cleanliness. Stock sizes are available for immediate dispatch. If you are packaging hot-fill materials, such as PUR hot-melt adhesives, we offer laminates with heat resistance up to 300℉.
